Manage all sales functions in an assigned territory (Texas): manage business processes with all potential and existing customers, provide customer service assistance as required. Responsible for sales training and preparation of territory reports on a regular basis.
Regional Sales Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain business relations from existing dealer network through professional correspondence, including regularly scheduled visits and communication by phone, e-mail, text, etc.
- Manage business information, including forecasts, allocations, customer histories, inventory levels, and all related reporting therein.
- Develop, maintain, and execute territory plan, including prospecting for new customer opportunities as needed.
- Establishes professional relationships with Skeeter personnel (engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, customer relations, accounting, and marketing)
- Track and execute required dealer business documentation on an annual basis, including dealer agreements, DES documentation, non-renewals, and cancellations/repossessions.
- Works closely with management on product design, provide product feedback from the retail consumer/dealer, and work to protect high CSI scores throughout the dealer network.
- Manage marketing programs and promotional events within assigned territory.
- Attend and participate in other activities throughout the year (sales meetings, dealer meetings, dealer events, owner’s tournament, sponsor activities, and other events as needed).
Minimum Educational and Work Qualifications
- BA or five (5) years’ experience in managing dealer / manufacturer relationships
- Outside sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, organized.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Maintain company assets at all times, including vehicle and demo boat(s).
- Must live within territory.
- Must have broad understanding of the general marine industry.
