The facilities engineer is responsible for the coordination and support Design, Financial, Technical Support, and Project Management relating to the building, grounds, process and support equipment for Skeeter.
Conceptualizes and defines all aspects of form, function, aesthetics, and end user interface, while meeting defined criteria for product features, cost, manufacturability, and project schedules. Creates and maintains engineering and assembly drawings.
Prepare boat for production by performing all hand lay-up/roll out process of fiberglass lamination in or on decks, hulls, or small parts.
Performs any combination of various tasks such as cutting carpet, installing livewells, tanks, wiring and wiring systems, electrical panels, and more to insure proper assembly of the finished product is correct and is working properly.
Receives and stores all raw materials, equipment, merchandise and supplies received. Performs various duties to insure production departments receive parts needed for building boats.
Prepare the boats for assembly by trimming and smoothing rough edges and rough surfaces of the boat sections and/or parts. Drill all holes and cut the panel and deck openings per each order or model requirements and measurements.
