Starting Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Position Summary:

Coordinate all aspects of receiving, storage, and distribution of parts.

Essential Functions:

• Supervise warehouse staff
• Assure that employees receive proper training
• Assure safety training for each employee and insure a safe work environment
• Assure each employee has proper tools to complete their job duties
• Conduct employee performance evaluations/warnings
• Manage receiving, storage, and distribution processes and confirm staff compliance.
• Manage cycle count processes to ensure inventory accuracy levels
• Schedule and track daily pick operations
• Manage quality and efficiency of warehouse staff
• Promote 5S activities in warehouses
• Promote Continuous Improvement activities in the warehouse
• All other duties assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse
• Experience with inventory control processes and management
• Strong leadership, communication, and self-motivational skills
