Reports directly to the Quality Manager and is responsible for developing and maintaining a system to assure that all products manufactured by the company meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality an

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• QA work process documentation
• Develop and implement ISO compliant processes
• Conduct process audits
• Support factory quality and production initiatives
• Assist QA Manager with inspection processes and projects
• QA Reporting
• Promote the quality and efficiency of our product
• Assumes any other duties as assigned by Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3 – 5 years of quality assurance experience
• Experience with ISO implementation and or ISO auditing
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, as well as public presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of Management
• Experience writing and documenting work procedures
• Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
