Skeeter is looking for someone to join our Customer Relations Team in Kilgore, TX.

The Customer Relations Technical Specialist provides customer support and technical assistance to dealers and retail customers.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist dealers and retail customers with technical help as required
  • Analyze warranty data to generate appropriate reports
  • Coordinate repairs at satellite FRP shops
  • Coordinate the return and repair of warranty boats at the factory
  • Review and approve/disapprove warranty repair estimates
  • Provide dealers with on-site training in the operation of Skeeter boat components
  • Assist dealers at fishing tournaments and boat shows
  • Research components within QAD for parts orders
  • Contact all boat owners who return negative “CSI Survey’s” and provide resolutions to their problems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Some basic knowledge of the structure and operation of components on bass boats
