Supervise production employees and comply with all safety, quality, quantity, and housekeeping standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Define Daily Production Goals to ensure WIP management
• Assure that all stations WIP is accurate
• Work with department Leads to ensure all resources needed are available
• Assure that new employees receive proper training
• Monitor / Maintain Employee Time Sheets
• Ensure a safe work environment
• Assist in quality assurance of our product
• Set and maintain quality standard programs for the production line
• Conduct employee performance evaluations/warnings
• Strive to meet efficiency goals by flow of production line, managing labor hours and communicating goals to work force
• Promotes Skeeter 5S / Kaizen / Monozukuri Programs
• Meet with Team Leads weekly to discuss quality and production issues
• Assist in keeping line of communication open with other department heads
• Encourage positive morale on the production line
• Provide customer service and attend necessary Skeeter functions
• Control spending within budgets
• All other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires overall knowledge of production flow and quality standards of product
• Strong leadership, communication and self-motivational skills
• Strong Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
