Performs various tasks to insure assembly of the boat trailer is correct and finished product meets quality standards.

• Install wiring and wiring systems, tires, lights, and other components into and on boat trailers.
• Read instructions, work orders and drawings on a regular basiss
• Use utility knives, air-powered drills, screwdrivers, grinders, mini-saws, staplers, and pop rivet guns to install necessary parts
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Any other duties assigned

• Good mechanical aptitude and a comfort level around hand tools
• Ability to perform walking, standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling for 8+ hours a day
• Flexible to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift 20 – 50 lbs. multiple times throughout the day
• Ability to work in heat
• Ability to work around dust, chemical, and fiberglass particles
• Strong manual dexterity and coordination
• Use of air powered hand tools for 8+ hours per day
• Ability and willingness to follow instructions accurately
