Performs various tasks to insure assembly of the boat trailer is correct and finished product meets quality standards.

Job Duties
- Install wiring and wiring systems, tires, lights, and other components into and on boat trailers.
- Read instructions, work orders and drawings on a regular basiss
- Use utility knives, air-powered drills, screwdrivers, grinders, mini-saws, staplers, and pop rivet guns to install necessary parts
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Any other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Good mechanical aptitude and a comfort level around hand tools
- Ability to perform walking, standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling for 8+ hours a day
- Flexible to work overtime as needed
- Ability to lift 20 – 50 lbs. multiple times throughout the day
- Ability to work in heat
- Ability to work around dust, chemical, and fiberglass particles
- Strong manual dexterity and coordination
- Use of air powered hand tools for 8+ hours per day
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions accurately
